Entry qualification | High school / secondary education (or higher) • a senior high school diploma with a good average grade (min. CGPA >60 % (legalised by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, translated into English and notary verified), The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Russian / Lithuanian. The documents must be legalised (Apostille)by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the documents were issued. This requirement does not apply for the documents issued in the EU and Belarus, Ukraine. You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. The accepted student must bring all notary verified documents which were submitted during the application as well as their originals upon arrival or send before: International Studies Office You will also need Police Clearance Certificate (non-criminal record) from all countries you have lived before arriving to Lithuania for more than 6 months. Overview
KTU is the leader in Lithuania in providing computer science studies, and the bachelor’s study programmes in this field are constantly in the list of the most popular ones among the prospective students.
Bachelor’s in Informatics studies focus on technologies of programming, the internet and three-dimensional graphics. Cloud computing, contemporary fixed, mobile or wireless access networks are among the technologies studied in the course. The graduates of this programme master the skills of managing real-world information models and processes of computerised application areas, and gain the competences for the independent establishment of online IT and multimedia services.
