The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Russian.
Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
The documents must be legalised (Apostille)by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the documents were issued. This requirement does not apply for the documents issued in the EU and Belarus, Ukraine.
It is required that you send verified copies of the entry qualification documents directly to the university by postal mail. Important! Never send original documents by post!

You will also need Police Clearance Certificate (non-criminal record) from all countries you have lived before arriving to Lithuania for more than 6 months. We recommend to take Police Clearance Certificate not earlier than 1 month before departure.
If your previous studies have been fully in English and it is marked on your degree certificate or transcript, or noted in a confirmation from the school which confirms that your studies have been fully in English language, additional English test may not be required.
If an applicant does not have any official test, online examination may be organised by KTU.
Specific requirements for Non-EU applicants:
Maximum gap after high / secondary school or later studies cannot be more than 3 years.
Contemporary technological devices, various machinery, robots, measurement, control and management equipment, even household appliances become complicated technical systems, which are created in accordance with the principles of mechatronics, i.e., using the latest achievements and possibilities of mechatronics, electronics and informatics. Creators of these systems will create the future world!
